[gaim-migrate @ 14442] These strings have been bothering me for quite some time. Flame me if you object to the changes. I also changed the default pounce action to 'pop up notification'. This shell script just invokes dbus-send, see man dbus-send for how 
to specify the parameters.  

Examples:

   $0 GaimCoreQuit

Use dbus-viewer to get the list of supported functions and their parameters.
