Fix another possible remote crash bug in SILC. This is the same change that Ethan made in 7eb1f6d56cc58bbb5b56b7df53955d36b9b419b8, but to a different function. Refs #14636

This shell script just invokes dbus-send, see man dbus-send for how 
to specify the parameters.

   $0 PurpleAccountsFindConnected string: string:prpl-jabber
   $0 PurpleAccountsGetAll
   $0 PurpleCoreQuit

Use dbus-viewer to get the list of supported functions and their parameters.
