don't uninit accounts until savedstatus and status are uninited, this was
never a problem until aff70668336849d4b1513fd8577f4d2a276d2520 which
cleaned up accounts (which is itself a good thing) but savedstatus was using
the uninitialized accounts (which is a bad thing)
mtn using people probably want to check their status.xml for corrupted
entries

This allows for what amounts to weak references. Code can hold onto a pointer to the PurpleStoredImage without actually "holding" a reference. They can then use a signal handler to let them know when their img is about to be destroyed. @param img The image about to be destroyed. @note It's not possible to purple_imgstore_ref() img to save it. @endsignaldef */ // vim: syntax=c.doxygen tw=75 et
