German translation update
- update for moods
- XEP-0107: User Mood (http://xmpp.org/extensions/xep-0107.html)
was used
- it's still not easy to find two different words for "thankful" and
"grateful" in German (both is "dankbar")
now it is:
grateful: Dankbar, erkenntlich
thankful: Dankbar, froh
- similar problems exists for other moods
