Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
I assume this check was backwards, since embedding should be used on !Windows. Also, fix a warning when the function's not used.

HOWTOs in the "Related Pages" section.

You can also generate this documentation locally by installing
doxygen and graphviz dot, then running "make docs" in the
source tree.  The documentation will be in the docs/html directory.
