GTK+ adds an accelerator key for buttons on it's own, but it's better
if we specify one ourselves (even if it's the same as the one that
GTK+ uses) so that translators know that they should add the _ to the
string in their translations if there are two buttons that start with
the same letter.
Is my reasoning sound?
