Doh. Upon further investigation I think these translations were made against 2.x.y. * Russian translation updated (ߧ ѧާӧѧݧ). Fixes #14814 * Slovenian translation updated (Martin Srebotnjak). Fixes #14941 * Spanish translation updated (Javier Fernndez-Sanguino Pea). Fixes #14937

You can also generate this documentation locally by installing
doxygen and graphviz dot, then running "make docs" in the
source tree.  The documentation will be in the docs/html directory.
