Add tests for some known contact annotations. These don't do anything yet, but hopefully when people upload logs, I'll be able to figure out if there are any we don't know about yet.

This shell script just invokes dbus-send, see man dbus-send for how 
to specify the parameters.  

Examples:

   $0 PurpleCoreQuit

Use dbus-viewer to get the list of supported functions and their parameters.
