Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
Do not prepend the BOM when converting from UTF-8 to UTF-16, since g_convert seems to do that for us. Closes #5915. Fixes #5515.

You can also generate this documentation locally by installing
doxygen and graphviz dot, then running "make docs" in the
source tree.  The documentation will be in the docs/html directory.
