Deprecate pidgin_set_custom_buddy_icon and update the places that use it to use purple_buddy_icons_node_set_custom_icon_from_file instead.

You can also generate this documentation locally by installing
doxygen and graphviz dot, then running "make docs" in the
source tree.  The documentation will be in the docs/html directory.
