[gaim-migrate @ 5673]
pur-angst pointed out that info gets set when you sign on, and it
doesn't correctly check the unicode length thing.
This mostly fixes that. Now your info will get set correctly. However
if it is too long you will get 2 error messages saying Gaim has truncated
it. This is better than nothing, for now, I think.
