Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
(vc-utc-string): Use timezone of TIMEVAL for the correction, not the current one. (vc-rcsdiff-knows-brief): New variable. (vc-rcs-lock-from-diff): Use it.
