Require kmacro to use the new kmacro-lambda-form and kmacro-extract-lambda functions. (edit-kbd-macro): Handle kmacro lambda forms. Include counter and counter format in edit buffer. (edmacro-finish-edit): Get counter and format from edit buffer and update kmacro bindings when found.
