* simple.el (transient-mark-mode): Add an :init-value. * startup.el (command-line): Use custom-reevaluate-setting for transient-mark-mode. * callint.c (syms_of_callint): Initialize Vmark_even_if_inactive with Qt.

This directory contains the source code for the architecture-dependent
files that go in ${archlibdir}.  At present, these are mostly utility
programs used by GNU Emacs.
