Renamed from skkdic-utl.el. Provide ja-dic-utl instead of skkdic-utl. (skkdic-lookup-key): Load ja-dic/ja-dic, not skkdic/skkdic.

This directory contains the source code for the architecture-dependent
files that go in ../arch-lib.  At present, these are mostly utility
programs used by Emacs.
