* doc/misc/nxml-mode.texi (Introduction): New section. This summarizes the still-relevant information from the standalone nxml README fle, mistakenly removed in the initial import of nxml-mode. This directory contains the source code for the architecture-dependent
files that go in ${archlibdir}.  At present, these are mostly utility
programs used by GNU Emacs.
