Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
(tar-subfile-mode): Use add-hook and remove-hook, and use write-file-functions instead of local-write-file-hooks. (tar-untar-buffer): Don't try to extract directories.

This directory contains bitmap files that Emacs uses from
/usr/include/X11/bitmaps.  That directory doesn't seem to exist under
VMS.
