(isearch-mode): Change the order of calling `isearch-update' and running the `isearch-mode-hook' to call `isearch-update' with Isearch parameters set in this hook.

This directory contains the source code for the architecture-dependent
files that go in ${archlibdir}.  At present, these are mostly utility
programs used by GNU Emacs.
