(query-replace-lazy-highlight): Add lazy-highlight group. (query-replace-highlight, query-replace-lazy-highlight) (query-replace): Move definitions to the beginning of the file.

This directory contains the source code for the architecture-dependent
files that go in ${archlibdir}.  At present, these are mostly utility
programs used by Emacs.
