[gaim-migrate @ 15103] Cleanup to STUN code. Fixed endianness. Fixed to work where sizeof(short) != 2 or sizeof(int) != 4. Close the socket when we're done with it. Instead of using a bunch of static variables, pass data around the various callbacks. Don't invoke the specified StunCallback before the initial function has returned.
