I thought of this while typing that commits message.
This will fix your wagon.
I mean, for stuff other than Gaim that doesn't use that funky
handler for AIM_CB_FAM_LOC/AIM_CB_LOC_REQUESTINFOTIMEOUT Gaim
will still request the info and away messages... it just won't
have the delay and rate limt hitting will occur more frequently.
