[gaim-migrate @ 11208] Bring back the old smiley selection dialog for gtk<2.4 and play around with the signals for both of them. We're not explicitly freeing the smiley menu in gtk2.4 anymore... can someone verify that gtk is freeing it for us? Or write a patch to free it, if not?
