Rest of SF Patch #1453583 from Sadrul
Sadrul's description of this patch:
This tweaks a few things in the log viewer:
- clear the imhtml when you press 'Find'
- select the first entry (if any) in the treeview
after search, or after clearing search
- make autoselect the first entry in the treeview
work for GTK < 2.2
- "activate" on buttons shouldn't be used.
('Applications should never connect to this signal, but
use the "clicked" signal')
- uses glist functions instead of doing things manually
- fixes a small memleak when there's no log
