[gaim-migrate @ 14118] Comment changes, plus I removed some of the win32 placeholder stuff. I figured I would've broken it by changing the comments, and we probably don't need it anyway. I'm sure someone familiar with wingaim will fix this if I'm wrong. ;) committer: Tailor Script <[e-mail]>
