Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
Add support to the Perl plugin loader for listing for pref changes. The Prefs Functions Test plugin (plugin_pref.pl) includes an example. Fixes #6383

http://developer.pidgin.im and click on API.  From there, see the HOWTOs in the
"Related Pages" section.

You can also generate this documentation locally by installing
doxygen and graphviz dot, then running "make docs" in the
source tree.  The documentation will be in the docs/html directory.
