Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
Disable Roster Versioning for the moment. We need to store the subscription data in the buddy list so it's available, which is turning into a minor pain. Refs #10935.

You can also generate this documentation locally by installing
doxygen and graphviz dot, then running "make docs" in the
source tree.  The documentation will be in the docs/html directory.
