(gnus-article-browse-html-save-cid-content): Rename from gnus-article-browse-html-save-cid-image; make it work recursively for forwarded messages as well. (gnus-article-browse-html-parts): Work when prefix arg is given. (gnus-article-browse-html-article): Doc fix.
