Replace some more cpp with autoconf. * configure.in (LUCID_LIBW, LIBXP, WIDGET_OBJ): New output variables. * src/Makefile.in (LIBXP, LUCID_LIBW, WIDGET_OBJ): Set via configure. (MOTIF_LIBW): Use $LIBXP. (otherobj): Use $WIDGET_OBJ.
