(auto-coding-alist): Remove redundant
up-cased versions of the extensions (auto-coding-alist-lookup is
case-insensitive where needed). Recognize .gz, .Z, .bz, .bz2, and
.gpg files as binary. Suggested by Karl Berry <karl@gnu.org>.
