(gdb-current-frame, gud-watch) (gdb-locals-mode, gdb-frame-handler): Display current frame in the modeline of the locals buffer. (gdb-goto-breakpoint): Handle gdbmi. (gdb-get-frame-number): Change for gdbmi.
