Doc fix. (ebnf-version): New version (3.3). (ebnf-user-arrow): Change variable customization to sexp. (ebnf-user-arrow): Function eliminated. (ebnf-eps-finish-and-write, ebnf-insert-ebnf-prologue): Code fix.
