(gud-gdba-command-name): Find gdb command via PATH.
(breakpoint-xpm-data, breakpoint-enabled-pbm-data): Make smoother.
(breakpoint-enabled-icon, breakpoint-disabled-icon): Set :ascent
to 100 for icons to avoid increasing line height when shown.
