* m/mips.h: Mention this file is also used for netbsd.
* m/pmax.h: Remove file.
* configure.in (--enable-profiling): New option.
(mips-*-netbsd*, mipsel-*-netbsd*, mipseb-*-netbsd*): Use machine=mips.
