(last_clipboard_text, clipboard_storage_size): New static variables. (set_clipboard_data): Save a copy of the text we put into clipboard in last_clipboard_text. (get_clipboard_data): If the clipboard text is identical to what last_clipboard_text holds, pretend there's no data in the clipboard.
