Remove "-face" suffix from testcover faces

* lisp/emacs-lisp/testcover.el (testcover-nohits, testcover-1value):
Remove "-face" suffix from face names.
(testcover-nohits-face, testcover-1value-face):
New backward-compatibility aliases for renamed faces.
(testcover-mark): Use renamed testcover faces.
