Most functions rewritten. (tibetan-char-p): Renamed from tibetan-char-examin. (tibetan-composable-examin) (tibetan-complete-char-examin) (tibetan-vertical-stacking) (tibetan-composition): Deleted. (tibetan-add-components): New function. (tibetan-composition-function): New function.
