Document arguments passed to `read-buffer-function' (bug#5625).
* doc/lispref/minibuf.texi (High-Level Completion): Document args of
`read-buffer-function'.
* src/minibuf.c (syms_of_minibuf) <read-buffer-function>: Doc fix.
