(set-frame-font, cursor-in-non-selected-windows): Fix typo in docstring. (set-screen-width, set-screen-height): Delete redundant info in doctrings. (new-frame, screen-height, screen-width): Declare with `define-obsolete-function-alias'. (delete-frame-hook, blink-cursor): Declare with `define-obsolete-variable-alias'.
