Update the dates

version 2.3.0 (11/24/2007):
	* Updated GTK+ to 2.12.1 (This was actually included in 2.2.2, but 
	  didn't get into the Changelog.)

	  to use the existing console, if one is present, for debug output.

	  guest accounts).  No more DLL Hell. Sexier installer look (Thanks
