Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
If the SOAP server returns a 503 AND we haven't yet authenticated, then treat the error as fatal. Otherwise, just continue parsing stuff as usual and send the error result to the callback. Fixes #9681.
